1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through the Asipre Beauty online store.

2. Formation of the Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not generally constitute a binding contractual offer.

Customers can select products and place them in the shopping cart. Before submitting the order, the information entered can be reviewed and, where technically available, corrected.

By clicking the button that places a payment-obligating order, the customer submits a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract. The exact point at which the contract is concluded depends on the checkout process and the selected payment method.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

The prices displayed in the online store at the time of the order apply. Any additional shipping costs are shown before the order is completed.

4. Payment

The payment methods available are those displayed at checkout. Payment processing is subject to the selected payment method and the conditions of the relevant payment service provider.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the destinations available at checkout. Information about delivery times and shipping costs is provided in our Shipping Policy and, where applicable, on the relevant product page and at checkout.

Orders containing several items may, for logistical reasons, be delivered in multiple shipments.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions. Details are provided in our Right of Withdrawal / Refund Policy.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. If goods are damaged, defective or delivered incorrectly, you may contact us at info@asiprebeauty.com. A request for photos or other information to help us process the matter more quickly does not limit your statutory rights.

9. Liability

We are liable in accordance with statutory provisions for damage arising from injury to life, body or health and for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. In all other respects, liability is governed by the applicable statutory provisions.

10. Contract Language

The contract language is generally German unless another language is offered in the relevant checkout process.

11. Consumer Dispute Resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive them of mandatory protections under the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
