Do you ship to the United States?

Yes. US shipping is available for eligible orders and addresses shown at checkout.

How long does US delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery to the United States is 10–35 business days after processing. Carrier, customs, holiday, or destination delays can occasionally affect delivery.

Will I receive tracking?

When tracking is available, it is normally sent by email after shipment. You can also use our Track Order page.

What is your return window?

You may notify us of a return within 14 days in accordance with our return terms. Please review our Returns & Refunds page for details.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please contact info@asiprebeauty.com and include your order number when possible. Photos or video of the item, packaging, and shipping label may help us review the issue faster.
